Planters Warranty | Covers Warranty | Pergolas Warranty | Product Registration
This limited warranty applies to most CedarCraft planters & pergolas (the "Product"). Please review your instruction manual for Product-specific warranty information.
CedarCraft warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This limited warranty applies for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase found on your receipt. CedarCraft requires your original receipt to determine the warranty period.
During the warranty period, CedarCraft will either repair or replace, at its option, any defective Product or part at no charge to you. Products covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced and shipped directly to you.
Note: Surface cracks, knotholes, and knots are natural imperfections that are to be expected with all wooden products. Such imperfections that do not impact structural integrity are not covered by warranty. Product left outside in the elements will experience minor fading, checking, cracking, and splintering—these are also natural occurrences that are not covered by warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or any finish or hardware applied after purchase. Any structural alterations to the original Product will void the warranty.
Warranty claims will not be processed unless accompanied by the original sales receipt from an authorized CedarCraft retailer.
We take great pride in our workmanship and quality of our products. CedarCraft covers are warranted to be free from any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year.
Warranty Coverage:
We guarantee that our pergolas, when properly installed and maintained according to the Owner's Manual, will be free from substantial defects for two years from the purchase date. Wood is covered against rot and decay for five years.
This non-transferable warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase and product registration.

CedarCraft products are designed for safety and quality. Modifying the original product voids the warranty. Regular maintenance, as outlined in the Owner's Manual, is required.
This warranty grants specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state or province.
Warranty Obligation: Our obligation is limited to providing replacements for defective parts.
