Shipping

We strive to fulfill all orders within 48 hours and ship via FedEx Ground.  You will be notified once your order ships.  If there are any backorder items, customer service will contact you directly.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.  Please contact customer service at service@cedarcraft.com or (619) 299-0490.

 

Returns

You may return the product purchased on CedarCraft.com within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging.  You will need to provide a copy of your original receipt or purchase order number.  Please note, the customer pays all returns freight cost.  To process your return, please contact customer service at service@cedarcraft.com or (619) 299-0490.

 

Replacement Parts

Do you need a replacement part?  Don't return your item - simply contact service at service@cedarcraft.com or (619) 299-0490 and we will ship out the needed part free of charge.
