What are cedar plank seconds?   Seconds are planks with defects that have no impact on the functionality of the plank.  These defects may be a natural part of the wood or can happen in the manufacturing process.  Defects may include: knot holes, wane, not squared sides or corners, etc.   The planks are brand new, 100% functional and offered at a discount due to the imperfections.

This item includes a total of 100 7.25 x 16” cedar grilling planks.  0.20” plank thickness is optimal for cooking time, even heat transfer & flavor.

• Soak – submerge the plank in water for ~30 minutes
