Product Registration

 

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, and any finish or hardware applied after purchase.  Any structural alterations to the original Product will void the warranty.

Warranty claims will not be processed unless accompanied by the original sales receipt from an authorized CedarCraft retailer. 

Please email service@cedarcraft.com with the below information to register your product.

• Full name 
• Shipping Address
• Item # or product description
• Where Purchased and Date Purchased
• Order Number/Confirmation, or a Copy of the Receipt 
  
• If you still have the product carton or box, please provide the production date code. This is a 7 digit number, located on small sticker labeled "Prod Code" / “Prod Date” / "Work Order" on the box ends, next to the UPC barcode
